Virtual Remote Team Headshots; Professional On-Brand Corporate Photos Update

Capturely (855-639-3297) has updated its virtual professional headshot services.

Los Angeles, United States - November 16, 2023 /PressCable/ —

With experts from Upwork suggesting that 32.6 million Americans will be working remotely by 2025, the update seeks to help more companies establish their branding with more convenient photography services. Now, companies can schedule their professional headshot photography from anywhere around the world and receive their edited photos within 24 hours.

The updated virtual service allows the team at Capturely to have limited access to a person’s phone. From there, a professional photographer will direct the individual to their best pose and take several “selfie” shots. These photos are then sent to the editing team at Capturely for retouching, including color correction, blemish removal, skin smoothing, and teeth whitening, among others. Clients may also request custom background changes to suit their branding.

Virtual headshot services are a more convenient option for remote teams, says Capturely. Packages can be tailored to the company’s specific needs and budget, whether they only need to take headshot photos of their executive team or their entire organization. Clients can choose among three packages and add or edit their inclusions, as needed.

After all team members have been photographed, clients can expect their edited photos to be uploaded to a cloud gallery within a single business day. From there, they can choose the pictures they like or purchase the entire gallery for an additional fee.

For first-time clients, it’s recommended that they choose a pre-packaged bundle, which has a 1-year expiration date. This is especially useful for businesses that have regular new hires who need to have a professional headshot.

All virtual headshot photography sessions take around 15 minutes to complete per person. Individuals need to download an app to be able to participate in their remote photoshoot.

A spokesperson for the group wrote, "By leveraging your smartphone’s technology with our secure app, Capturely’s photographers gain limited access to your phone’s camera capabilities, allowing us to guide you through an actual headshot session wherever you’re located. Our seasoned veterans can translate years of photography experience into a 10-minute remote studio session to capture a headshot that outshines your best selfie."
