Before embarking on her professional journey, Donna earned her nursing degree from the Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in 1959. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor in Health Science degree from the University of Redlands in 1984, followed by her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same educational venue in 1986.
